There are two tracks at the Ta'Qali Racing Circuits, located on the island country named the Republic of Malta, and located between Sicily and Africa. The smaller track is a dirt oval used for banger racing.

The banger track was not there when the track opened in 1989. It was added in 1994. Both tracks are used during the same race program.

The smaller track uses the wide frontstretch of the autocross course, and is less than 1/4 mile in length. You can see the roof of the football stadium in the background.

Autocross and banger racing is held twice per month at the Ta'Qali Racing Circuits from October through May.
