Adirondack International Speedway was planned as a multi-track paved facility. There were three oval tracks planned, plus a road circuit.

After a winter race on a temporary dirt road course in 1997 and an enduro on a dirt oval in 1998, the permanant paved tracks first opened in 2001 on the short (.455) half-mile track.

Although the inner quarter-mile track was finished at the same time as the bigger track, it was only used as a staging lane until 2004 when it was finally used for racing, the LIMCA Mini Cup Series shown here.

The third oval track was called the "almost mile" but was never finished as the owners ran out of money. In this picture, you can see the high banked "almost mile" track in the background. The road circuit was never built.
