Five Mile Point Speedway dates back to the early 1950's. Even though the main track is only slightly larger than a quarter mile (ARR .270), in 2008 they joined the trend in adding a smaller inner track. |

The "Inner Loop" was nearly circular. It was also virtually exactly half the size of the main oval (ARR .185), promting some to call it "2-1/2 Mile Point." |

The small track was use for Mini and Micro Sprints, Slingshots, and various four cylinder stock car classes. |
|
Turns one and two were the same turns as for the main track. |
