Port Royal Speedway is located at the Juniata County Fairgrounds in Port Royal. It is reported that at one time the track was called Z & O Speedway.

One of the nicest facilities on the east coast, racing on the half-mile dirt track dates back to 1938. Russ Campbell won the first race there.

Super Modifieds / Sprint Cars have always been the headline division for the weekly show. Local driver Keith Kauffman is the track's greatest champion with over 125 wins.

The track is located right in the middle of town. In this picture you can see just how close residential properties are to the backstretch.

At one time the track was known for its classic fairgrounds covered grandstand. The old wooden stands were replaced with large and spacious new stands in 2001. The new stands can be seen in one of the photos above.

Here's an old shot from the stage looking down towards turn four. Very few dirt tracks have seen the tremendous facility improvements over time that have been successfully completed at Port Royal Speedway.
