 Action Track USA is a small dirt track located on the fairgrounds in downtown Kutztown. With Sunday or Wednesday night shows (other than fair week), Kutztown is one of the few weekly tracks in the northeast that runs other than Friday or Saturday night. |

 A half-mile track operated on the fairgrounds from 1921 until 1948. There was no racing in Kutztown until this much smaller track opened almost fifty years later. |

 In the background of this photo of turns three and four, you can see a number of buildings from Kutztown University, one of my alma mater,s when it was still Kutztown State College. |

 The track runs a very short season as the university rents the fairgrounds for parking during both the fall and spring semesters. Racing can only take place from mid May until mid August, a three month season. |

 The 600cc Micro Sprints running wingless have become the favorite class of many of the fans at the track. |
